low beam headlight not coming on drivers side..2002 buick regal. there is power there and have tried a new bulb.. even switched the bulb from passenger side and it wont work on the drivers side.
If you know that you have power, then the ground is bad. There should be a ground wire at the body near the harness for the headlights.
Power is power, ground is ground. If the bulb is getting power and ground it has to work, (if its good) Did you use a test light? if so, put the clip on the positve of the battery and probe the ground wire, it should light the test light.
